About the Author
Matt Daniels is not a guru of some sort. He is just like you, tired of this materialistic world. Minimalism proved to be the key to his healing as he battled depression and pain that his past cluttered life caused him. After embarking on this journey, his desire to get and obtain the latest object on TV has been converted to much more important and fulfilling goals. He is now living with his wife and his two kids at their family house in Los Angeles. At age 36, he has accomplished a lot of things; from seminars to public speeches, from podcasts to writing books. On one interview, he said that all his accolades are nothing compared to what his true goal is, and that is to help people transition from their past lives toward a much healthier life through Minimalism.
