Brian Crane's Picklesis syndicated in over 900 newspapers worldwide. He has been nominated threetimes for the Outstanding Cartoonist of the Year award by the NationalCartoonists Society and won the award in 2013. In 2001, and again in 2019, Pickles won the prestigious National Cartoonist Society's Best Comic Strip ofthe Year. It has also been nominated for that award on three separateoccasions. Crane lives in Sparks, Nevada, with his wife and family, whichconsists of seven children and twenty-one grandchildren.
