Back to topIntegrated Circuit Test Engineering: Modern Techniques (Paperback)
Description
Here is a practical introduction to the subject of modern test engineering and concepts for analogue, digital and mixed-signal integrated circuits and systems. Equipped with worked examples based on the theoretical material, practical experimentation and simulation exercises, it enables readers to build their own PC based tester arrangement to investigate key aspects of testing for analogue, digital and mixed-signal circuits. The tester hardware, software and experiments are supplied by download from springeronline.com. The experiments are based on a small electronic hardware test arrangement connected to a PC. Software to drive the experiment in terms of Visual Basic programs will be provided. The book introduce test engineering concepts from three angles: fomr a traditional test perspective, from a design perspective, and from a manufacturing/fabrication perspective.
About the Author
