Dennis & Teresa Walsh are respected for their innovation and contributions to America's housing industry over more than 30 years of speaking, consulting and entrepreneurial activities throughout the U.S. and beyond. As national FHA 203k, real estate and residential construction experts, the Walsh's have been featured speakers at hundreds of conventions and live events on the subject. The Walsh's founded Dennis Walsh & Associates, Inc. (DWA), the parent company of REbuildUSA, in 1988. Since that time, DWA has been in the business of delivering cutting-edge education and consulting to the world's leading real estate organizations. Prior to DWA, both were active in a number of areas of construction and real estate. Dennis grew up working on construction sites, learning each of the building trades hands on, and eventually became a designer and builder of custom homes and major remodeling projects. He also owned and operated a factory built housing, lumber and materials supply business, providing panelized building packages for projects throughout the eastern U.S. Teresa worked in banking and earned her real estate license before taking on an ownership and management role in her family's marble, tile, stone and flooring business. In this capacity, she worked with architects, interior designers, material suppliers, builders and homeowners through various phases of the design, planning and construction process.
